Motherhood is a constant dance of love, responsibility, and caring for others. In the middle of it all, it's easy to lose touch with yourself. You may be carrying the mental load, navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, questioning who you are beyond your roles, or simply longing for greater balance, wellbeing, and connection in your life. These sessions provide a therapeutic space to pause, reflect, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. My approach is holistic and therapeutic, focusing on supporting the whole person rather than only symptoms or problems. Together we explore the connection between mind, body, emotions, beliefs, lifestyle, creativity, and wellbeing. Drawing on holistic art therapy, holistic counselling, mindfulness, meditation, mind-body medicine, positive psychology, nervous system support, self-healing practices, and other holistic approaches, each session is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Sessions may support: • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout • Emotional wellbeing and resilience • Life transitions and identity shifts • Neurodivergent self-understanding • Confidence and self-worth • Self-connection and self-awareness • Personal growth and self-development • Grief and loss • Chronic health challenges and the emotional impact of illness • Creating greater balance and alignment in everyday life You don't need to come with all the answers. This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are. Together we'll explore what feels most important, uncover what may be contributing to current challenges, and create practical, sustainable ways to support your wellbeing moving forward. Booking & Cancellation Policies
# Holistic Therapy Sessions ## Terms & Conditions • Sessions and packages must be booked in advance. • Payment is required prior to your first session unless a payment plan has been arranged. • Session packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals. • Package sessions should be used within: * 3 Session Package: 3 months * 8 Session Package: 8 months * 12 Session Package: 12 months • Refunds are not available once a package has commenced. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited. • If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time. • Holistic Therapy Sessions are designed to support meaningful and sustainable change. While support occurs during sessions, much of the growth happens through reflection, awareness, and the integration of insights between sessions. • Sessions are tailored to the individual and may incorporate a range of therapeutic and holistic approaches including holistic art therapy, holistic counselling, mindfulness, meditation, mind-body medicine, positive psychology, nervous system support, and other wellbeing practices. • Holistic Therapy Sessions are not a crisis service. If you require urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services, your doctor, or an appropriate crisis support service. • Holistic Therapy Sessions are therapeutic wellbeing services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare treatment. • Information shared during sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. • By booking a session or package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
